School Information

Tracy Elementary School is one of the city’s original public schools, established in 1898.For decades, Tracy Elementary served students from Kindergarten through 5th grade, and in recent years it has undergone a significant change: for the first time in many years, all grades from K-5 are now housed under one roof. 

Guided by our core values of Safety, Ownership, Attitude, and Respect (SOAR), we strive to create a positive school culture where students take responsibility for their learning, demonstrate kindness and integrity, and contribute meaningfully to our community. 

Our mission is to provide a safe and inclusive environment that values the unique qualities and assets of all students and develops the whole child so that they have the academic skills and knowledge, social and emotional intelligence, and self-advocacy strategies to succeed in the next phase of their education and beyond.
