Middle School Athletics
Students who wish to participate in a Lynn Public Schools middle school athletic team must register through FinalForms, our secure online athletic registration system.

Parents or guardians must begin the registration process and complete all required forms.
Important Registration Deadline:
Students should be fully registered in FinalForms at least two weeks before the first day of tryouts or practice. This allows enough time for registration information and required documents to be reviewed.
FinalForms allows families to:
- Complete and sign required athletic forms online
- Upload required documents
- Update student information at any timeSave information from season to season and year to year
Play Ball Competitive Intramurals
Registration for Play Ball Competitive Intramurals is not completed through FinalForms.
- Students interested in participating should register directly through their school with the Play Ball Coordinator for that season.
- Sign-up information and deadlines will be shared by each school.

Lynn Public Schools is proud to partner with the Play Ball Foundation to provide middle school students with additional opportunities to participate in organized sports.
- Play Ball Competitive Intramurals give students the opportunity to:
- Participate in structured practices and games
- Develop athletic skills
- Build teamwork and sportsmanship
- Stay active and connected to their school community
The program is designed to provide a fun, supportive, and competitive athletic experience for students of all skill levels.
