Compliance Home

The Compliance Office supports Lynn Public Schools in maintaining safe, equitable, accessible, and legally compliant schools and workplaces. The office provides guidance and oversight related to federal and state laws, civil rights, student and employee protections, accessibility, School Committee policies, and required reporting.

The Compliance Office also oversees Translation and Interpretation Services, helping ensure that students and families have meaningful access to district information and services in the languages they understand.

Working collaboratively with schools, departments, students, families, and staff, the Compliance Office provides guidance, training, and support and coordinates investigations and other compliance-related processes across the district.
