Dear Ford Community,
It is with great pride and enthusiasm that I write this letter of introduction as the newly appointed interim principal at Ford Elementary. I have served as an educator in the Lynn Public Schools for the last 18 years, assuming leadership roles such as curriculum instructional teacher, district math coach, and interim principal. I am honored to have the opportunity to lead a school with such persevering students, extremely dedicated staff, and a supportive school community.
It is my belief that caregivers, students, staff, and administration all play an important role in the life and education of a child. I feel very fortunate to be joining this school and look forward to building a strong partnership with all students and families of the Ford community. School is a place where everyone should feel welcome, valued, and respected. It is my goal to ensure our students thrive and are encouraged to reach their full academic potential.
I am confident that if we support one another this upcoming school year, our students will find success and become life-long learners with a thirst for knowledge. I am so excited to meet all of you and begin our work together.
We will welcome students in grades 1-5 back to school on Wednesday, September 2, 2026. To our kindergarten families – WELCOME BACK, I’m thrilled to have these young learners back at our school. Kindergarten students begin Tuesday, September 8, 2026. Please enjoy the rest of your summer!
