Vision for K-8 Mathematics:

To create a math learning environment where all learners have equitable access to high quality curriculum and instruction that is anchored in rigorous lessons and include students’ experiences, where all student voices are heard and students see themselves as mathematicians, where students are sharing their ideas about math, using tools, representations, and hands on materials to problem solve and develop  individual math understanding through reasoning, respectfully challenging the ideas of others, and the inclusive use of language strategies.
