Technology tools enhance learning by fostering deeper conceptual understanding and new ways of acquiring knowledge.  Students become creators, demonstrating their knowledge through authentic and meaningful formats.  Through regular integration of technology into the classroom, aligned with learning needs, we aim to equip students with the essential skills to be responsible users of our digital world.

The following devices are available to students this year:

·      PreK -Kindergarten: 1 iPad for every student. Devices will remain in the classroom.

·      Grades 1-2: 1 laptop for every student. Devices will be assigned to students and remain in the classroom. Occasionally devices may travel home as needed to support a particular learning activity.

·      Grades 3-5: 1 laptop for every student. Devices will be assigned to students and remain in the classroom. Older students may begin taking devices home as needed for learning activities.

·      Grades 6-12: 1 laptop for every student. Devices are assigned to students and are used in school and at home.

This 1;1 program allows for both equitable access to technology and on demand use in the classroom.
